After working with a specialty ad agency focused on retirement communities to come up with a good sales letter based on their concepts, I got them to let me drive the concept and show them what I had in mind. This letter is the result. They were pretty happy with it, and amazed that I didn’t need their direction on a concept.
I know what scares seniors, and what appeals to them. I know audiences, and I write directly to their innermost thoughts and feelings. FYI: The header, personal address and marketing signature are all fake. So no worries about privacy.
